"I love Flytographer, this is my 4th booking for family trips as they make such perfect memories. However, I’m giving 4 stars because prior to booking the Stockholm shoot with Eriko I tried to get the shoot done in Oslo in a date that appeared as available and after 2 days got a response that there was no availability for that day, it felt as if the Oslo photographer couldn’t be bothered to make a shoot with seniors and small children. We had a pretty tight schedule in our trip because it included many cities, travel and planned activities, so it was a bit difficult to find an alternative, although in the end, it was for the best because the session with Eriko in Stockholm was perfect. I will still use Flytographer in the future, but I did want to share the experience as the initial booking in Oslo felt a little discouraging, although I do appreciate the raincheck discount code."

"I enjoyed my experience with Flytographer and I do appreciate the set price. I like to travel, and knowing the exact cost my pictures will be upfront is helpful for budgeting. I plan trips 1-2 years in advance, so I like being able to put estimates in my spreadsheets without speaking directly to a photographer (a lot can change in a year). That said, I wish I had more freedom to speak directly with photographers through the platform when desired, but prior to booking. For example, I requested a shoot for later in this year but wasn't happy with the suggested location. I asked the concierge if they can contact the photographer and put in the same message exactly what I needed them to tell the photographer. The concierge responded with something like "Sure, you can tell me what you'd like the photographer to know and I can relay that message. What would you like me to tell them?" Again, I'd already told them. It just adds unnecessary time to the process. I have to wait for the concierge to respond in addition to the couple days it takes some photographers to respond. Keep in mind that you only have 72 hours to book the photoshoot once the photographer accepts the request. These things aren't a huge deal when working with a larger area with minor variable, but in smaller areas in different countries, I'd like to be able to talk through more logistical details with the photographer before booking/paying."

Even better, you get your digital gallery in 5 days! My only suggestion for improvement would be to allow clients to view the photographer's complete gallery from the session rather than just a curated selection of the photographers favorite images. It would help make sure there wasn't a different mix of poses or portrait vs landscape. That said, it's almost a moot point in our case because our photos turned out absolutely amazing! We had a fantastic experience from booking through delivery, and we're so grateful to have such beautiful memories from our trip.
