I'm a storyteller, a Beijing native, and I have been a photographer since 2006. My specialty is creative documentary photography, and I love weaving moments into my images that become iconic memories of the day. My approach is always to document the raw emotions of my clients, and to create a relaxed atmosphere for them to allow them to live in the moment. I love to use movement in a creative and unobtrusive way when possible. I would describe my style as bold and colourful. I've been featured on Style Me Pretty and Portrait Photography Magazine and have received the Lifestyle Photography Award of LSPA and WPJA Masterpiece Award.

    Favourite Place to Shoot: GuGong (Forbidden City) because it has the most characteristic Ancient Chinese architecture and it is not as busy as other locations.

Three Things

  1. When I am not photographing I like to watch artsy movies, listen to classical music, cook, bake, and work on my fitness.
  2. One thing I can't live without is the passion for creation.
  3. My friends tell me that they feel relaxed with me, and that I always give people an extraordinary feeling. I'm not the guy who is talking all the time but merely a warm-hearted person.

More Information

Vincent requires a 90-minute minimum booking and 260 RMB travel fee for the Great Wall of China. Vincent is sometimes able to travel to other big cities in China for 2-hour minimum bookings and a travel fee. Please inquire for details.

Hiring Vincent to take our pre-wedding photos in Beijing was such a memorable experience. He met all of our expectations and exceeding them. He speaks English fluently, which was a requirement for us, as it allowed us to communicate more easily. This is especially important so we could understand how we should pose and capture the perfect shot. He has great communication skills and always responded to our texts in a quick and timely manner. He is extremely patient and understanding. Even when we were running a bit late for our photoshoot, he kept in contact with us to make sure we were ok. As for his photography skills, his 10+ years of experience shows in the photos he captured for us. We took photos in two outfits, traditional Chinese hanfus as well as American wedding attire. After the photoshoot was completed, he uploaded our photos within a few days. Vincent is a true professional and great at his craft. Vincent was absolutely AMAZING 🤩 we went to the Great Wall and were actually the first ones up there! My style is more vintage and he was great capturing my vision and also shooting amazing angles and light. I just loooooove the photos. He even brought his own vintage camera as a prop and it worked perfectly! I can’t recommend Vincent highly enough- I will definitely be back and will definitely work with him again!
