Booking your Flytographer Shoot

We are so excited to capture your upcoming trip memories! Our Concierge team at Flytographer is here to help you plan your fabulous shoot and assist you with any questions you may have along the way. Below, find our 7-step guide on how to book your Flytographer shoot.

To get started, please visit the Destinations page for the city in which you’d like your shoot, and then choose your favourite photographer. Next, fill out the photographer’s inquiry form with your travel dates and details to check their availability.

Capture the Magic of Travel with Flytographer in 7 Easy Steps!

  • 1. Inquire

    Send in an inquiry to check availability for your travel dates.

  • 2. Receive Confirmation

    Within 24-48 hours, your Shoot Concierge will let you know if your preferred photographer is available for your dates, and if not, can help you find another.

  • 3. Book Your Shoot

    Once a photographer is confirmed as available, you can officially book and reserve your shoot.

  • 4. Add Your Details

    Fill in your details form to let us know all the details of what you are looking for, and our Concierge team can help you plan a fabulous shoot!

  • 5. Photographer Recommendations

    Your photographer will respond with their best recommendations for a route and exact start time for best lighting.

  • 6. Finalize Shoot Plan

    We will confirm the game plan with you, and once it's finalized, we will send you a summary with all of your session details, including your meeting spot and photographer’s contact number.

  • 7. Photo Shoot Day!

    Meet up with your photographer 10 minutes before your shoot to go over your goals, and then it's all about having fun on your session! Within five days after your shoot, you will receive your beautiful gallery in your inbox.

What is a Flytographer?

A fun, friendly local photographer excited to capture your vacation memories and show you around their city. Shoots are usually one hour, but you have a choice of package lengths.

Occasions like honeymoons, anniversaries, family holidays, solo adventures and even surprise proposals are perfect moments to capture – or simply because you believe that memories are the best souvenir and connecting with a local is part of the magic of travel.

Who will help me plan my shoot?

Our Shoot Concierge team is here to help you every step of the way. Once you’ve selected a photographer in your destination, we will help you choose the perfect backdrop for your photos and a fun route through the city to explore.

How long will my photoshoot be?

Most people book a 60-minute shoot. It’s the perfect amount of time to capture your vacation memories with a variety of backdrops. Pricing starts at $250USD. To learn more about our packages, click here.

How and when will I get my photos?

After your shoot, your photographer will select and edit the best of the best photos for your package. They will then be sent to your email within 5 days of your shoot. You will receive a beautiful online gallery that you can download, share and print.
