My style is story-telling, warm, romantic & candid. I love natural light & believe that the best photographs are those taken when you're genuinely interacting with those you love - so I always aim to keep things simple and fun. I have been a photographer for more than 14 years now. In that time, I’ve been published in British VOGUE and Vanity Fair and I’m currently Scotland’s Luxury Wedding Photographer of the Year 2023 - 2025. I’m grateful to say this was awarded as a direct result of client experience testimonials alone. I’ve shot for Flytographer for 9 years now and documented the memories of more than 100 vacations in that time. I love what I do and it’s an honour to be invited in.

Three Things

  1. If I haven't got my dancing shoes on, or a camera in hand, you'll likely catch me on a Mediterranean island, cooking delicious organic food, adventuring with my husband and our beautiful spaniels in Scotland’s hidden gems or with pencils, paints and canvases.
  2. My middle name is Cherry. I'm named after my lovely Gran, who was a very wise & loving person and still inspires me to this day.
  3. My friends tell me I'm particularly ace at cheering people up. It's lovely to know I can bring a smile to someone's face when they need it.

What an amazing experience from start to finish. Jilli was so kind and professional and instantly put us at ease. Her candid photojournalistic style is so natural. She was happy to walk around Edinburgh to capture beautiful photos of us at all of our favorite spots! We genuinely felt like we were hanging around with a dear friend, not a hired photographer.
