Meet Emiliano in Helsinki

I have always observed everything all the time. Photography naturally became a big part of my life. I am a freelance photographer and I love carrying a camera with me to look at things and people through the viewfinder. I find beauty and sometimes poetry in everything I see. With Flytographer, my favourite subjects to picture are couples and small families, but solo travellers and big groups have also been my happy customers of course. I like showing a bit around beautiful Helsinki while shooting photos and exchange opinions on Finnish culture too :) I have a documentary style, often leaving people just being beautifully themselves. When required though I also guide for poses. Bellissimo!

    Favourite Place to Shoot: My favourite places are all around the city! Suomenlinna island, Kauppatori market or Eira quarter are beautiful and I really love the nature, architecture and vibes there.

Three Things

  1. I like meeting new people, spotting the ones not glued to their phones nowadays it's a plus!
  2. I can't live without humour. I always find a way to turn something that's sad or too ordinary into something funny, and I think that helps the world a lot. And I listen to a lot of music.
  3. Here in Finland people expects me to be a typical Italian, but then I tell about my habits, ideals and ethics and they soon think that I am more Finn then they are :D

Emiliano was absolutely fantastic! I told him I wanted candid photos, and he really listened—capturing such natural, genuine moments. He also took the time to share some great tourist tips, which I especially appreciated as a solo traveler. The whole session felt less like a photoshoot and more like hanging out with a friend, while still being incredibly professional. The photos turned out beautifully, and I had so much fun during the shoot. Highly recommend!

Emiliano was great! I purchased this as a gift for my girlfriend. She loves capturing our travels through pictures and loves Flytographer already. Emiliano created a great plan for us despite Senate Square still being set up for a concert from the day before. He was knowledgeable about Finnish culture, knew his way around, and shared tidbits along the way. Before our photo shoot he made some wonderful recommendations for food, and even places to visit. We can’t recommend Emiliano enough for the perfect photo shoot! Grazie mille!

It was sunny the day we took pictures in Helsinki but Emiliano was even brighter! Our Flytographer experience was a highlight of our trip to Helsinki all thanks to our talented photographer, Emiliano. He was so kind and full of energy that made the experience so much fun. During our shoot, he shared interesting facts about Helsinki and made sure to capture meaningful pictures of our father-daughters trip. Emiliano felt like a close friend by the end of our session. We will cherish these beautiful (and unique!) photos for a lifetime. I HIGHLY recommend Emiliano!

Working with Emiliano on my photo shoot was such a great experience! He is an excellent photographer and I am so happy with how the pictures turned out. He was super fun to shoot with and knew all the best places to go for photos.
