Meet Diana in Hong Kong

I fell in love with Hong Kong more than 15 years ago. I love the challenge of capturing the chaos and calm of Hong Kong life. I was trained as a visual journalist, so I have a documentary approach to vacation photography. I specialize in outdoor and street photography. I love to capture candid moments as well as styled shoots.

    Favourite Place to Shoot: I love to shoot around Tai Ping Shan and Man Mo Temple in Sheung Wan.

Three Things

  1. I studied art photography as an undergraduate student. Later, I went to graduate school for new media journalism and became a video journalist for many years before moving into family photography.
  2. One thing I can't live without is comfortable shoes: my Birkenstock Boston clogs.
  3. When I lived and worked in Berlin, I would practice my German with a toddler in my neighbourhood. Sadly to say, my German has gone from bad to non-existent.

Diana curated an amazing photo shoot experience for our family of four, in the Hollywood Road area in Hong Kong. Not only did she help us and our young children feel at ease, she also provided the perfect amount of guidance while capturing a mix of posed and candid moments. More than the shoot, she helped guide our exploration of the city and shared her knowledge of the area with us. The photos turned out amazingly well, and we are very pleased with the memories captured through them! Thank you Diana!
