Part of the Presidio National Park, this gorgeous trail lined with tall and fragrant eucalyptus trees links the Main Post with its restaurants, cafes and cultural venues to Presidio Heights and the Presidio gate. Around it, there are hiking paths, historic military houses, and the "Wood Line," a long zigzagging sculpture made of eucalyptus trunks. You can test your balance by walking on it. Longer bookings can enjoy other parts of this enormous park, explore the Main Post or even head to the world-famous Palace of Fine Arts, a stone's throw away.
