Meet Ernir in Reykjavik

I shoot for the largest Icelandic daily newspaper and news website. Most of my work involves taking pictures of people, both in portraits and in small and large events. I think the most important thing is how you connect with the people involved, knowing when to be a fly on the wall and when to interact and make the subject feel comfortable.

Three Things

  1. Like most people, I like hanging out and doing fun stuff with family & friends, but I also like taking long walks with music in my ears, bench watching TV series and once a month I DJ at a bar/club in downtown Reykjavik.
  2. Besides my family, I could never live without music and humour.
  3. I'm told that I'm loyal, fun, resourceful and I guarantee you will not regret meeting me.
