Meet Jean Roberto in Lake Como
I'm a Bellagio-based fine art photographer. I feel very lucky to do this work and to help people be happy on their travels. I've been taking photos since 1997. The first time serious was in a club in Milan during fashion week. After that moment I knew I had to study photography. For me, to press the shutter is like to start a story - your story in Bellagio and Lake Como.

Favourite Place to Shoot: Bellagio! I love seeing my clients' expressions when we turn the corner into an alley and they see the view of the lake and mountains behind.
Three Things
- I worked in Information Technology for about 28 years before becoming a full time photographer.
- I love to travel and see the world. My second passion is to read books, specially photography books and detective stories.
- My home is in Bellagio, so my clients often ask me what it's like here during the winter and what I do during that time. I always answer: it snows sometimes but it's not very cold. During the winter we close our art studio for a few months and travel a bit.

Jean was absolutely the best on all fronts! He communicated long before the proposal to ensure the process went by smoothly and help with the nerves. Not only were the photos stunning (more perfect than you could imagine), Jean was absolutely lovely to talk to during the photoshoot, providing us with some interesting history of the area and recommendations and tips for local restaurants.
