“ Miho, our photographer in Tokyo, was an absolute gem. From the beginning, she communicated exceptionally well and was incredibly responsive to my ideas and direction for the photo shoot. She proposed various locations around the city, each with its unique vibe, perfectly tailored to our style of travel as a couple. As a Tokyo native, Miho was punctual and insightful about the city. Beyond the shoot, we surprisingly learned a lot about Tokyo through her local perspective. As we moved from location to location, she gave us a tour, sharing her knowledge and experiences. Miho lived in New York City after graduating with her masters in photography before returning to Tokyo in the recent years. This background is invaluable for those from the United States, as it helps them understand Japanese culture. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with her and are incredibly in love with the photos she captured. The shoot was a combination of my 30th birthday trip and celebrating our engagement. I highly recommend booking with Miho. She makes you feel like a friend rather than a client, and everything felt natural and flowed seamlessly. As a gay couple, it can sometimes be challenging to find a photographer who understands our needs, especially in another country.
