How to Get Great Feedback Through Our Company Values
At Flytographer, we live and work by five core values. These values reflect our worldview and guide us in how we interact with customers, photographers and partners.
We’ve noticed that photographers who also align themselves with these values see a great return in positive feedback. He made our family feel at ease and he had the best jokes for getting our kids to smile so naturally in front of the camera. He shot our photos with a smile on his face the entire time and halfway through the shoot he shared a few phrases in our native language. It was a great surprise because we come from a small, relatively unknown people whom he had the pleasure of working with in the past. The connection helped bring us together. We talked about food, our work, our experiences and more. These meetings are not common. It was such a delight. And our pictures turned out amazing. He captured our family at this very very special moment in life.”

“We have nothing but positive things to say about Coo. His communication was on point. Days before our session he sent a message to welcome us to Japan, confirm our session date/time, and also sent a list of recommended places to eat and visit. The evening before, Coo sent another message to prepare us for the weather forecast. It was very helpful as there was a possibility of a light drizzle. If we needed an umbrella he also suggested where to purchase one. It made it so easy and stress-free. He was very kind and great with our young kids. Coo gave us great directions on what to do for our photos as Shibuya crossing can be tricky to photograph in the middle of traffic. He was very easy going and asked us if we wanted any particular shots or combinations of family members. He took his time and we never felt rushed. We had a lot of fun and felt relaxed.
