Hey there, I'm Kait. I grew up here on Vancouver Island, spending my days in lush forests, on pebbly beaches, & in the ocean. My photography style has grown out of a deep love and appreciation for this coast, always incorporating its natural beauty into my work. I really appreciate the little things and little moments. I love all love, and I hope to capture yours for you.

    Languages Spoken: English is my only fluent language. I can understand Spanish, although I'm definitely a little rusty speaking it. I can understand some French, but can't really speak it.

    Favourite Place to Shoot: Wickanninish Beach has the most variation in landscape, a great sunset view, and is generally quieter than the other beaches.

Three Things

  1. When I'm not a photographer, I'm a surfer, sweater knitter, potter, river swimmer, and big time summer nectarine eater.
  2. I have a shaggy little sidekick named Ollie Dog.
  3. When I was a kid, I really really wanted to be an entomologist.
