He was super friendly, asked key questions (preferred side, preferred style of photos), was very responsive to feedback during the shoot (he immediately took the photo again after I pointed out something one of my kids was doing), spent plenty of time with us (we never felt rushed even with only having booked the 30 minute shoot), was really great with my teens who actually had fun during the shoot and they didn’t complain at all, and had great ideas for spots for photos.
