Welcome to Joshua Tree!

Just outside Palm Springs, California, and sprawling over a vast area across the Mojave and the Sonoran deserts, Joshua Tree National Park is an outdoor haven. Hiking trails cut through unique landscapes made of sculptural rock formations and the local icon: the funny, contorted trees that give the park its name. You can even notice the ecosystem transition from one desert to another — a genuine two-in-one combo! Horseback riding, rock climbing, and wildlife watching are just some ways you can enjoy this unbelievable scenery. Night time also brings its magic. The park is an excellent spot for stargazing.
