Your comfort in front of the camera is as important to me as documenting you looking your best. I'm always looking for charming local details, gorgeous light, and interesting elements of design to incorporate into my photographs. I feel accomplished when both my clients and I have fun creating beautiful photographs together. I tend to laugh a lot and I hope you will too! I earned a bachelor's degree in Photography from SCAD in 2009 and have been a professional photographer ever since. In 2022 I started a new life adventure and moved by myself from Seattle, Washington to Portugal!

Three Things

  1. My superpower is capturing genuine connections between couples and families who think they're 'not photogenic’ by documenting authentic moments. My photoshoots feel more like a relaxed conversation.
  2. One thing not to miss while visiting Portugal is a day trip to Sintra. The Pena Palace and Quinta da Regaleira are gorgeous, including the gardens. Piriquita bakery and Fábrica da Nata (best pastel de nata around) in the old town of Sintra are my absolute favorites for tasty treats.
  3. My friends and clients tell me I have a knack for making people feel very comfortable. Strangers even tell me their life stories.
