It’s been my dream to celebrate my birthday in Paris since it falls on Bastille Day- July 14th! This year, we finally made it happen!! My husband planned the perfect day for me, starting with an “Emily in Paris” walking tour since we are fans of the show and my name is also Emily. 😉 We were also lucky enough to watch the famous Bastille Day fireworks by boat on the Seine River. But the cherry on top was definitely taking these gorgeous photos with Olga, our photographer! Best. Birthday. Ever. 🎉
Travel Tips
We LOVED everything about the city! From the food to the Louvre, we had the trip of a lifetime. If you’re planning a trip to Paris we’d definitely recommend taking a trip to Reims. We had the most perfect day tasting champagne and exploring the quiet countryside for a change of pace. 🥂
