Travel Story
15 years ago we were married in Varenna at Villa Cipressi. We returned this summer with our 12-year-old daughter to celebrate our anniversary and her namesake-Varenna. We re-lived our memories of our wedding time introducing our daughter to the beautiful town she was named after.
Travel Tips
Spend time ferrying hopping to the other towns across the lake including Bellagio and Menaggio. Take a private boat trip with Taxi Boat Varenna. Swim in the lake and enjoy the cool breeze on a hot day! Tour the gardens of Villa Cipressi and have dinner at sunset outside with a view at Bar Il Molo!
