The massive San Clemente pier is the most popular attraction in the city. You'll find the stunning backdrop of the sea and a white sandy beach on one side and the view of the Pier Bowl with its elegant palm trees on another. With a longer booking (60 minutes or more), you can go down to the shore to spot quintessential Californian surfers and check out the view from underneath the pier, or else to the Pier Bow, with its picturesque restaurant, shops, and stunning Spanish-colonial style buildings. Note: Parking is near the entrance, and it costs $1.50 per hour.
