He was super professional and so kind - we were a family of 8 individuals and we had an early morning 8 am photo shoot in Porto. We had my two young children who was jet lagged they did not want to cooperate and take pictures but Ivo was incredibly patient and even offered for us to stop and have breakfast. Also Ivo was so nice and made sure we had such a great experience capturing the best shots to capture this wonderful family vacation. He knew exactly where to go and also was so patient with the kids and us and was able to relate with us as he has two young children himself (made us feel so much better as we felt bad our kids weren’t cooperating).
