High West—locally in downtown Park city or at the distillery in Wanship (30 min outside of Park city). Also recommend the whiskey tour there. Take the funicular to The St Regis and get a Bloody Mary; drinks and bar food on the rooftop of NoName saloon.
Skiing, of course. Snowshoeing at Empire Pass, the Olympic Park (the bobsled is worth doing), coffee at Atticus bookstore; shopping at Cake.
Stay close to downtown so you can enjoy a good walk on Main St. where you will find Franz, the bear; Dolly’s bookstore, and lots of other local stores like Mary Jane’s and Sock City.

If you love a good glass of whiskey and some gourmet finger food, I highly recommend High West Distillery. For those looking for a good cup of Joe, I would recommend Atticus Coffee, Books & Teahouse. Either place is a unique experience you shouldn't miss.
Drive through Big Cottonwood Canyon at sunset. Gabriella suggested I take the Canyon back down to Salt Lake City after our shoot and I am so glad I did! The views are absolutely breathtaking, even without leaving the car. I can't wait to go back and explore some more.

The skiing is an obvious must-do but I would say travel the 30 minutes to go see the Ice Castles. They are worth it!
