Banh Mi Saigon [Chinatown] has a banh mi sandwich which is unforgettable. 4. Non Solo Piada [Garment District] for breakfast! Their Piadine and Cassoni sandwiches are mouth-watering.

The Peak restaurant was an incredible experience and they even catered an impromptu proposal dessert! Make sure you book ahead of time!

Obviously number one was the Edge, but also Yard House for the New Years ball drop was incredible, the food and company you can find in those who attend was phenomenal! Also Russ + Daughters had some of the best bagel and lox I've had so far and it was right down the street from the Hotel we stayed at, which also had really good prices for New Years time with really quality rooms and service ( Hotel Indigo Lower East Side )

We are quite a bit in the Upper West side. Really enjoyed Salumeria Rosi for Italian and Jacob's Pickles for big plates of delicious food! Zucker's for bagels. Yum!

Highly recommend staying out of Midtown in something a bit quieter. We stayed in the Upper West Side and loved it!! The 9-11 Museum is sobering but very well done. I really enjoyed going out to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. If you don't have tickets for the pedestal or crown at the Statue, consider staying on the ferry and just spending more time at Ellis Island - so much interesting history there!

The kids loved the "Museum of Illusions"! A carriage ride in Central Park was a lot of fun!
