Joanna got in contact before our shoot to confirm the arrival location (which was not the “main” entrance but was the perfect place for us to enter and start pictures) and was very responsive in WhatsApp. Before even getting started her energy and engagement with our kids was 10/10, especially important with kids and getting their buy in. Throughout our shoot, Joanna was calm, patient but also purposeful to ensure we got as many locations as possible as well as many differing group shots too!
