I am a funny teenager in the body of a fortysomething-year-old guy! I love to play, smile and find the good side of any situation. My style is natural and spontaneous, a combination of reportage with an artistic view. I like creating a fun atmosphere during the shoots, playing with you to make it easy to capture true moments. I could get inspiration in every single corner. Always looking for the best light!

    Favourite Place to Shoot: I love to shoot in any corner of the island, trying to use "new eyes" to do new things always.

Three Things

  1. I love the beach. I surf a bit, but just easy waves. I love to play instruments (piano, bass, guitar, ukelele). Chocolate is my sin - I can´t spend a day without eating!
  2. Over everything, I love my wife Beatriz and photography. Both save my life.
  3. My friends tell me that I could talk about any issue with anybody. I love to learn and hear about new things, especially when the story is told with passion!

Chema requires minimum 60 minute for bookings in the South island and a minimum 2 hours booking for Teide Mountain.

Chema was an absolute star! He took us to this nice remote and private location that had so much diversity that it looked like we had several different shoots! He was so lovely telling history about the island and asking us questions to keep the atmosphere light to get the best candids of us. He was really able to capture our essence! I highly recommend anyone whoever wants stunning photos while in Tenerife, to hire Chema!

We had an incredible photoshoot with Chema in Garachico. He has a brilliant eye for natural light and a unique skill for making us feel comfortable, resulting in very natural expressions and poses. What made the experience even more special was his deep knowledge of local history; it felt like a private guided tour! To top it all off, he treated us to a delicious Barraquito at a local café after the session. Thank you, Chema, for the unforgettable memories!
