Hi friends! I'm Jordan, I'm originally from Tampa, FL and have been living in NYC for 7 years now! I'm based in Queens and love finding new and unique locations all over the five boroughs to shoot at. I have been behind a camera for almost 20 years if you can believe it and have grown in my love for capturing portraits, proposals, fashion and events. I spent many years in a dark room so I have a big passion for film photography as well! I am comfortable with large groups, inexperienced posers and creative themed sessions. I love to think outside the box and treat every photoshoot not only as a chance to capture memorable images for you but to also be a guide during your time in NYC!

    Favourite Place to Shoot: I love shooting in Washington Square Park because the arch is iconic, the park is gorgeous and from the centre you can see the Empire State Building.

Three Things

  1. I find inspiration for my imagery in art history, candid emotions and the fleeting moments in between every shot. How cool is it that I get to capture time and authentically preserve it forever!
  2. I want to have a good time with you and show you parts of this city that I love so much! I provide help with posing, unique and interesting backdrops and encourage a pumped up energy that helps you feel relaxed and comfortable in front of the camera.
  3. I'm a big foodie and obsessed with coffee so I'm happy to recommend cool cafes, restaurants that are worth the hype and cocktail bars that you will be dreaming about long after you leave the city!

We can't recommend Jordan enough! One day before our proposal, we had a change of heart and switched both the location and concept completely last minute. Jordan handled it without missing a beat — flexible, calm, and totally accommodating when a lot of photographers and people would have pushed back for the hassle. On the day itself, Jordan was professional from start to finish, made both of us feel comfortable in front of the camera, and was genuinely supportive throughout the whole experience. Jordan was great. This was our second time shooting with her, and she did an amazing job with our children. She was able to get them to smile and interact with each other, and she was able to capture amazing candid and posed pictures. We will definitely book with her again on our next trip to New York.
