Sandro was very accommodating from the start even with scheduling, and he was there earlier than planned so we started our shoot early. He made my family feel so comfortable and was a natural capturing the candid moments even with our wild two year old twins. **Exceptional Family Session with Sandro at the Palace of Fine Arts!** We needed updated family photographs while the kids were home from college for Father's Day, and Sandro made it an absolute dream. I have used Flytographer on vacations before, but bringing the experience right to our local backyard was the best decision. Our shoot took place at the Palace of Fine Arts. It was an incredibly busy day, but Sandro knew the location inside and out. He made the entire experience smooth, amazing, and so much fun. Sandro is incredibly personable, warm, and welcoming—it honestly felt like we had known him for years! He was so accommodating, open to our ideas, and had a ton of brilliant suggestions of his own. To make matters sweeter, we were running late and had a strict timeline because we booked the Palace of Fine Arts escape room right after our shoot. Even though we were behind schedule, Sandro never rushed us. He kept the session completely stress-free, and we still made it to our escape room with time to spare. We anxiously waited for our preview, and Sandro turned the photos around incredibly fast. This meant the world to us because the kids got to see the gallery before heading back to college. I am extremely pleased with our updated family portraits. Sandro is not only a master of his craft, but he also has a beautiful personality that made the whole process effortless.
