Claire was absolutely incredible from start to finish. As a first-time user of Flytographer, I was understandably anxious about ensuring everything went smoothly. While I initially only hoped for high-quality photos, Claire exceeded my expectations by creating an unforgettable experience. She not only assisted me in planning my surprise proposal step-by-step but also executed the entire event with a meticulous attention to detail that mirrored that of a wedding planner. Claire went above and beyond, asking detailed questions such as the location of the ring in my pocket to ensure my partner wouldn't inadvertently place her hand there. She even helped me come up with reasons for my partner to dress up and get her nails done, demonstrating a genuine commitment to making my big moment truly special. In the days leading up to the proposal, Claire even scouted out the perfect photo spots by exploring the area on her bike, adding an extra layer of effort to ensure everything was perfect. Throughout the process, Claire was consistently available for emails, texts, and phone calls. During one particularly nerve-wracking call, she sensed my anxiety and reassured me, promising to handle all the details and encouraging me to relax and savor the moment.
