Meet Nico in Medellín

I'm always eager and happy to tell stories with the help of my camera. I truly believe every story is worth telling, no matter how simple or elaborate might it be. Also it's always a pleasure for me to meet and photograph new people while sharing places of my beautiful native country, Colombia. I've been shooting couples about 12 years ago and still shooting actually, both photo and video. I've worked for several clients in advertising, commercial, editorial and independent productions and I've published my work in magazines and digital media like Vice, Vogue Latin America, Rangefinder Mag, Maxim and some other Colombian publications.

Three Things

  1. I love to travel but also to discover new places in my hometown, Bogotá. I love movies, so I'm always looking for new ones to see. Spending time with my family is very important to me, especially with my 4 year old son, so I'm always looking for new adventures to share with him.
  2. One thing I can't live without is movies. I love stories and I don't just watch them for fun, I see cinema as a constant learning resource for my work and life.
  3. I also work as a director of photography, filmmaker, editor and photographer in several projects like independent short films, as well as commissioned work for different clients like NGO's, consumer brands, advertising agencies and corporate.

More Information

Nico is available in Bogotá for 30 minute sessions, as well as Cartagena, Santa Marta, Barranquilla, Cali, and Medellín for a minimum of a 60 minute shoot length. Travel fees may apply to locations in Cartagena, Santa Marta, Barranquilla, Cali, and Medellín.

Nico requires additional travel fees on the following routes:

Plaza Botero & Downtown : 60 USD

Poblado: 60 USD

Comuna 13 : 60 USD

Pueblito Paisa : 60 USD

Botanical Gardens : 60 USD
