Welcome! I'm a super friendly, high-energy photographer originally from the USA who loves meeting new people and sharing my passion for the beauty of France with them. Not only do I aim to create natural, candid images that are infused with joy, emotion and a sense of fun, my goal is to make you feel super comfortable, too! I know many people feel a bit nervous about being photographed, so I always offer gentle guidance and do my very best to ensure that guests feel relaxed and enjoy the photo shoot as much as they'll love their photos! I also love sharing my knowledge with you about this beautiful place you're visiting, and having fun, too. I can't wait to meet you!

    Favourite Place to Shoot: The adorable Le Panier neighborhood and along the sea are my favorite places to shoot in Marseille.

Three Things

  1. I'm passionate about travel, seeing new places and learning about new cultures. I'm also crazy about the outdoors and love to hike and ride my bike. I'm a huge music fan too, and love great movies, especially documentaries! Last but not least, I love animals, and really enjoy photographing them too, particularly during my travels. I often see beautiful horses where I live and can't resist greeting them and petting their soft noses. They are so friendly.
  2. I bought a home in a foreign country, and then I moved on my own, not really knowing many people, and while I did already speak French, I had a lot to learn (and still do!). People tell me I'm courageous, but I just followed my passion! I hope to be a source of inspiration to others to follow their passions too, and that with a little planning and hard work, anything is possible.
  3. I truly couldn't live without my camera. I'd feel lost without it. It provides me such a sense of joy and is an outlet for my creativity.

Karina was fantastic. She was so warm and fun with the kids, and taught us so much about Arles as we walked. It was like having a walking tour and photoshoot all in one! I love our pictures too- she does such a beautiful job of capturing the natural light. Would absolutely recommend!

Karina was great to work with! She was very patient with my kids and was able to capture smiles from all even our 4 year old. She helped make us feel at ease and offered up history about the city we were visiting. It was such a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend using her to capture special memories while abroad!

Karina was amazing! She captured beautiful photos of our family on our trip to Arles and was great at bringing out the best in everyone from toddlers to grandparents. Karina did an outstanding job with our family photos in Marseille! We were a group of nine, including two young kids (4 and 6) who had zero interest in standing still or posing for 90 minutes. Despite that, Karina was incredibly patient, engaging, and professional and somehow managed to capture beautiful, natural moments that truly reflect our family. She completely exceeded our expectations!
