Meet Gráinne in London

Hello, I am an Irish photographer enjoying family life in London with my hubbie and our two boys age five and ten. During the past two decades I've been fortunate enough to travel and live in many different parts of the world including China, USA, Australia, India and West Africa. Traveling through these places definitely led me to a career in photography. I appreciate great locations and love to connect with people and to hear about their life experiences during a photo shoot. My approach to each assignment is playful and fun and I hope that comes across in my work. I hold a BA (Hons) Degree in Photography from Ireland.

Three Things

When I am not behind the camera or on the school run with my boys you will find me in the yoga studio working on my tree and chair poses. I can’t say I am always the most balanced in the studio but it’s great fun trying.
I can't live without good music, it is essential in our household!
The biggest surprise often comes in how to pronounce my Irish name. Lots of people call me Granny - that’s ok - but my name actually sounds more close to Gronja.
