  1. I love float therapy, ice baths, snacking on good stuff, and laughing with my kids. I'm also the co-host of a podcast about spirituality and healing.
  2. I can't live without snacks!
  3. I have the ability to find humor in almost any situation. With that, I can retell a story and use it to make people laugh and smile.

We loved our shoot with Meo! She was extremely professional, punctual, and prepared! She knew exactly where to go to get the best shots and captured us beautifully. She was super accommodating and didn't make us feel rushed even though we only booked a 30 minute session. In that short amount of time Meo shot a ton of photos in several different locations. She really maximized our time and we ended up with a ton of fabulous shots. This was such a great way to capture our trip with beautiful images that we'll cherish for years to come. Thank you, Meo!
