Meet Jonny in Jerusalem

I am a British born photographer living on the outskirts of Jerusalem with my gorgeous wife and son. I'm also a licensed tour guide and can't wait to show you the best spots on our shoot in the tapestry of history and culture that is Jerusalem. I am originally a landscape & nature photographer, and have had photos in many publications including a National Geographic magazine. I love going to an overshot location and capturing a new perspective, a unique moment in time. For portraits I have the same approach - I love light airy photos that look natural and unposed, and capture moments that will never be replicated.

Three Things

  1. Before I was a full time photographer I was working full time in an investment finance firm, and had what I call a 'quarter life crisis'. I knew that sitting all day at a desk wasn't for me. And so I became a photographer and tour guide.
  2. I love what I do! I spend my free time hiking around Israel with my family and taking photos. I shoot landscapes and wildlife, and with over half a billion birds migrating through Israel twice a year, there's always something to see. I also love mountain biking, Liverpool FC, and I'm absolutely nuts about all things Tolkien (bonus points if you can drop Lord of the Rings references on our shoot).
  3. Although I never lived in America, I can name all fifty states in under a minute.

Jonny is also available for 60-minute minimum bookings in Tel Aviv and 90-minute minimum bookings in the Dead Sea Region.
