Meet Saleh in Cairo

New to Flytographer!

Many guests tell me they feel nervous before their first professional photoshoot, but that is completely normal and actually my specialty. I love helping people relax, laugh and simply enjoy the moment while I capture genuine memories and beautiful natural photos. I am half German and half Egyptian, and my engineering background shaped my strong eye for light, detail and composition. Photography has been my passion since 2004, when I started exploring underwater and landscape photography, and I have been working professionally since 2010, photographing portraits, couples, and large events. As a father of two, I naturally connect with families and know how to keep sessions fun and stress free, even with shy adults or energetic kids. I love working with couples, families and groups of all sizes, guiding you with simple and easy prompts so you feel confident and comfortable. Think of your photoshoot as a relaxed walk together that results in timeless photos you will truly treasure.

Three Things

  1. I love photography because my camera is like an extension of me. It never leaves my side and is always with me, capturing the world as I see it. I love turning photoshoots into fun, relaxed experiences where I get to meet new people and truly connect with them. I love capturing moments that feel natural, alive, and full of personality, creating images that tell stories people will remember forever.
  2. One thing I can’t live without is my camera. It’s always with me, and during a photoshoot, it becomes our tool for connection and fun. My approach is relaxed and playful, guiding you with simple prompts while letting your personality shine. I focus on capturing real moments, laughter, and interactions so that the session feels like a walk with a friend rather than a posed photoshoot. The goal is to create timeless images that feel alive, natural, and completely you.
  3. My friends always tell me I know the perfect food spots in Cairo. I’m always happy to recommend amazing places where you can enjoy a great lunch after our shoot and experience the city like a local.
