Travel Story

We decided to travel to Italy as a family to celebrate our mom's 60th birthday. It was a trip we had talked about for a long time and when the time finally came, it wasn't the best timing as we had a new baby in the family. We decided to go with it and we are SO glad we did! We had such a great time exploring Rome, Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast. Some of our favorite memories are wandering around finding where we wanted to eat dinner. The food and wine was out of this world. We also loved drinking limoncello to wrap up the nights and talking about the day.

Travel Tips

There is so much to see and do in Italy and it is just beautiful. We hired a driver to get us around on the coast and this was the best idea we had. The roads are so curvy and narrow and the driving is quite scary. It was so nice to not have to worry about driving or parking. I recommend doing a boat tour if the weather allows. Oh, and eat all of the pasta and gelato that you possibly can!!
