Four months of maternity leave is going to be a holiday, right? Well, that’s what we thought prior to the birth of our baby, so, in true Z and T style, we booked a month long trip to one of our favorite places - Italy! Here’s proof that it’s indeed possible to travel with a two month old, and to enjoy it :)
Travel Tips
When travelling with a baby in Italy, a carrier will prove invaluable (prams and cobble stones don’t mix). We did a lot of walking, accompanied by sweet Italian voices whispering ‘piccolina’ along our way. We stayed at a fabulous Agriturismo in Tuscany called Grandi Toscana, where our host Alessandra made sure we were well taken care of. Having a pool and wine-tasting on the property was the perfect recipe for relaxation.
