Travel Story
We had never been to Paris before and this was an opportunity of a lifetime. We spent our trip eating the most wonderful food, exploring the most beautiful places. Following in the footsteps of famous artists and writers. After studying the language and culture in university for so many years this was such an exciting experience.
Travel Tips
I recommend reserving at minimum full day for large museums such as Musee D'Orsay and the Louvre. Keep in mind, outside of summer, these museums are free to enter - if I would have known that I would have gone in March! It probably would have been less busy as well. Versailles was incredible, the garden itself is worth taking photos and spending an evening there - even bring your own food to have a picnic - if they allow. My favourite was getting up early before the city woke up to explore and have espresso. A wonderful experience.
