Venky's birthday was coming up and I was looking for ideas to plan a nice celebration that he'd like. Now anybody that knows Venky, knows how he's really one of a kind. I mean, each one of us is but how many people do you know that prefers to eat a salad for breakfast? :-) I'm a dietitian and I love that he's my husband! So, my birthday getaway had to be the kind that wouldn't all about cake and booze and food. And, I came up with the idea to visit a city that's dear to us - Melbourne FL. And roped in the lovely people at Flytographer - being seen for who we really are is truly celebrating our essence, isn't it!
Travel Tips
Melbourne, FL being the University town that it is, is a charming, quiet place. There's very little in terms of distraction here. Given all this, and given how many lovely friends we have there - it's a great place to go, to renew connections with ourselves, with each other and with friends. The place is surrounded by natural beauty with all those beautiful beaches, lush tropical plants and gorgeous sunny Florida weather. This is the place where you wanna carry a few favorite books, bring your loved ones and soak in the beauty of it all.
