Travel Story
Who doesn't dream of spending Christmas in New York City. We decided to make it a reality. We did a no present Christmas and instead we took the kids on vacation. We ice skated Christmas morning at Rockefeller Center and then we surprised the kids with a limo (from Santa) on Christmas day. The limo took use around the city and to Dyker Heights to see some extravagant Christmas displays. They said it was better than any presents they could have received.
Travel Tips
Make reservations and plan ahead of time. Christmas Day waits were crazy long and we were so happy to have reservations. We are at Max Brenner and Serendipity 3 on Christmas Day and they were both lots of fun with great food. We planned for almost a year so we got some good deals like a Christmas Eve yacht cruise. Ice skating at Rockefeller center was a blast. We took our pictures and enjoyed beautiful Central Park. Also couldn't forget 9/11 Memorial. So many fun things to do!
