My absolute favorite thing to do anytime I am in Milan is wander the rooftops of the Duomo. The stone work details are as mesmerizing as they are beautiful. It is truly magical.

Often a gateway to northern Italy, the Alps, the lake region and the coastal towns, Milan has a bit of magic for everyone. From the “Last Supper” to shopping for days, Milan is a leader in design and fashion. For me, wandering the rooftops of the Duomo and enjoying a home cooked organic food and wine dinner by @homecookingmilan (thank you Valentina and Marco) were the highlights of our brief stay this year.
