Humza has always wanted to visit Colorado to ski, so I knew that our first vacation was going to be just that. What I didn’t know was that he had been planning for a couple of months to propose on this trip. On our first day, we went up a mountain to this beautiful view overlooking a frozen lake. We had to get a picture together! Luckily, there was a woman there taking photos as well, so she kindly took a picture for us on our phone. Little did I know, this stranger just so happened to be our photographer. While looking through our photos that this stranger took, Humza took the phone and gloves away, suddenly got serious.. and I instantly thought “oh my gosh.. this is it.” He dropped to one knee and asked me to be his forever. It was snowing, scenery dressed in white, and oh so magical! Nothing less than our own little Hallmark movie. After I obviously said YES, Humza introduced me to the stranger, Kristin. I couldn’t imagine it being anymore perfect. Here’s to forever with these amazing frozen memories that I’ll never forget.
