Flytographer Gift Card Terms and Conditions
Flytographer Enterprises (“Flytographer”) gift cards (“Gift Cards”) can be purchased and redeemed through the Flytographer website. Purchasing or redeeming Gift Cards constitutes acceptance of Flytographer Terms and Conditions. Gift Cards will be provided by Flytographer in electronic form via email.
Gift cards can be redeemed for photo shoots only at available Flytographer locations globally. These gift cards cannot be used towards the cost of prints or be used in the Flytographer Travel Shop.
As of November 9th, 2023, gift cards purchased expire three years after the date of purchase.
Gift card options as outlined here are redeemable for the following shoot types: Vacation, Headshot, and Hometown. Proposal shoots require an additional planning fee, as outlined here.
Gift Cards are non-refundable and may only be redeemed through future Flytographer purchases, and may not be redeemed towards previous purchases. When a Gift Card is redeemed, the value of the Gift Card is converted to a credit on the redeemer’s account. Gift Card balances will be used against the total order value and not against specific items of such order. If any purchase exceeds the Gift Card account, the balance must be paid with a credit card or any other payment method accepted by Flytographer.
The balance on one Gift Card cannot be combined with the balance of another Gift Card. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded or recharged, or redeemed together with a coupon or other promotions for the same order. Except as expressly allowed by Flytographer, Gift Cards may not be transferred for value, resold, or used to purchase prints or other Gift Cards. Except to the extent required by applicable law, Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or checks and Gift Card balances cannot be transferred to credit card accounts or accounts of other means of payment.
Flytographer reserves the right to void Gift Cards or any portion of the balance thereof, and request alternative forms of payment, terminate the respective Account, and take legal actions, if Flytographer suspects that a Gift Card is abused, used or obtained fraudulently, unlawfully or otherwise in violation of these terms and conditions.
The title and risk of loss for Gift Cards passes upon electronic transmission of the Gift Card Flytographer to the purchaser or recipient of the Gift Card. Flytographer has no obligation to replace lost, destroyed or stolen Gift Cards, but you can report lost, destroyed or stolen Gift Cards by contacting Concierge team (concierge@flytographer.com). Flytographer is not responsible if your Gift Card is used without your permission.
All disputes arising out of or in relation to Gift Cards will be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the British Columbia International Commercial Arbitration Centre (BCICAC) pursuant to its applicable Rules. The place of arbitration shall be Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The parties agree that they will not appeal any arbitration decision to any court.
When you receive, purchase or apply Gift Cards to your account towards a purchase, you agree that the laws of the Province of British Columbia, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these terms and conditions and any dispute that may arise between you and Flytographer and its affiliates related to your use of Gift Cards. Flytographer reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law. If any of these terms and conditions are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that unenforceable term will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms and conditions.
A few locations require a minimum booking length; however, the recipient can always top up the time, or choose from another one of our over 300+ locations worldwide.

Please note that we have maximum group sizes per package. 30 minutes = max 6 people; 60 minutes = max 10 people; 90 minutes = max 15 people. Gift cards are non-refundable but can be used in any of our available destinations.
