Ostregheteria Sottoriva 23 handsdown had the best pasta we tasted in Italy! And we went to Trento, Venice, Brescia, and Milan as well.
Giardino Giusti was beautiful on the slightly foggy day we went December 26, 2022.

We just loved walking around and enjoying being amongst the autumn colors. And the Christmas market was magical!
Highly recommend mid-late November so you can enjoy the off season and experience the Christmas markets! Verona is also a perfect distance from Venice to make a simple day trip so you don’t have to deal with the complexities of finding accommodation amongst the canals. Verona was the perfect home base!

We did a walking tour at night. I believe is a must to explore the beauty of the city with no busy streets. Then do it all over again by day.
