Lau Pa Sat - beautiful hawker center & satay street with tons of amazing food.
Eating at all the hawker stalls, Singapore Zoo, SEA Aquarium, Night Safari, walking along Marina Bay at night & shopping at Orchard Road.
Plan to go out in the morning (A/C if possible) & evening. Schedule time in the afternoon for a shower & nap to recuperate before the evening outing. We also had success bringing a fan for our 5 year old.

I am all about the local food scene in Singapore, so hitting up a traditional hawker center like Tiong Bahru is a must. You can easily taste a variety of dishes in a single place and the prices can't be beat.
There are so many kids activities in Singapore, but our fave was the Jewel at Changi airport - the kids loved every part of it from the giant waterfall to the ropes course to the bridge above it all. It still blows my mind that it's attached to the airport!

Afternoon Tea at the Raffles Hotel and the Long Bar are musts. La Passat is a fun option for Hawker food.
Loved Gardens by the Bay, from the splash pad and kids only playground to the Avatar set, there is so much for families to do. Big Bus tour is a great, easy way to get around the highlights. That’s not usually our speed, but would highly recommend now that we’ve tried it!
Be flexible! There are so many things for kids to enjoy, they move slowly and want to experience it all! Gardens by the Bay is amazing for kids, the botanical gardens and the Merlion are all highlights for kiddos!

Odette Restaurant inside the Singapore National Gallery. Amazing French/Asian cuisine coupled with professional and friendly service. Enjoy a wonderful walk around the historical building that housed the National Gallery with equally beautiful art after our meal.
Gardens by the Bay. I had no idea until my visit how expansive the gardens are. In addition to the Supertrees, the area is beautifully landscaped with fountains, ponds and greenery. Also must visit places include the Cloud Forest, a conservatory housing one of the most exotic plant species and also the Flower Dome, showcasing an impressive display of eye catching flowers.
Morning walks/run by the East Coast Beach, Railway Corridor or Gardens by the Bay. Exploring fun, new cafes in the Tiong Bahru neighborhood Enjoy Singaporean themed high tea at one of the Violet Oon restaurants in the city

I had one of the best meals of my life at Candlenut, amazing authentic Peranakan cuisine!
I did a sidecar tour of Singapore with Singapore Sidecars: www.sideways.sg It was SO fun to explore the city this way, wind whipping through my hair, as the guide drove through the city sharing stories about the different neighbourhoods.
Go to one of the hawker food markets for lunch or dinner. Look for the stalls with the longest lines - it's usually a good sign.
The hawker centers are classic Singapore. They offer both amazing foods but also a fun and casual atmosphere.
Take some time to get a layer or two beyond the "top 10" lists of things to do in Singapore and explore the hidden corners. There is beautiful nature, amazing history and diverse culture all around. Places like Bukit Brown Cemetary are interesting ways to explore different dimensions of Singapore.
Embrace the contrast! Singapore is a study in contrast and contradiction which creates a beautiful and complex tension. Natural and man-made, east and west, modern and historic - all of these elements coexist here in ways that are fascinating to observe. Peel back the veneer and pay attention - you'll be amazed at what you find!

Loved my stay at The Warehouse Hotel (www.thewarehousehotel.com) and its beautiful design and loved touring the Gardens By the Way where I had my shoot at and also loved was great to check out the Marina Bay Sands and take photos of the stunning panoramic views of Singapore

Singapore is a vibrant mixing pot of cultures. Our Flytographer Kelly shared that well over a quarter of Singapore is made up of foreigners, and no more is this obvious than when someone looks at all the food available in the city. Singapore’s famous hawker centers offer an overwhelming amount of delicious food, and among those is one of the cheapest Michelin-starred meals you can get. For about 3 US bucks, Hawker Chan slings out one of the cheapest and delicious meals with his famous soya sauce chicken rice and noodle. Have an appetite for more or something different? Luckily, Hawker Chan is found in one of the best food areas of the city - Chinatown. Just turn the corner, and you’re on your way to even more amazing food.

Eat EVERYTHING! The local hawker centers provide a wealth of different choices, most of which you won't understand, but pointing will get you everywhere with the photo-style menus. Dig into a plate of roti prata, a bowl of chicken rice, or a bowl of bah kut teh and understand why Singaporeans treat eating like a hobby!
You should definitely try food at Hawker centres, they are affordable and delicious! The Gardens by the Bay was our favourite spot as it was beautiful and where our special moment was captured.
