What are the best places to eat and drink in San Sebastián?

We went to Amelia, which is a 1 Michelin star restaurant. They're seafood heavy and absolutely fresh and delicious. Their decor has a lot of old school video games and our last dessert were darth vader gummies. We also ate at Arzak, which is a 3 Michelin star restaurant. The food was SUPERB but make sure you reserve way in advance. Search their website but I think it was 3 months in advance. We also skipped on a fancy dinner to just eat pinchos all day from the different bars.

What is your best overall travel tip for San Sebastián?

Go with the flow! Take the suggestions of your bartenders, waiters, taxi drivers, etc. They will almost always point you in the right direction if you don't know where eat, drink, or explore. We've rarely been disappointed by taking a recommendation from a local. Also, we always get a Flytographer for our trips - that way we have beautiful photos to remember our travels but we don't have to worry about using a selfie stick or asking people to take our photos the whole trip. We can just enjoy the views and leave the pictures to a pro!
