“ Natalia was AMAZING! We had a group of 8, ranging from kids to grandparents. She was so patient and accommodating, as my daughter was sick that day. I had also told her in advance that my parents had some mobility issues and she took this into account when planning our walking route and locations, all the while focusing on getting the best shots and composition for our pictures. She helped with our poses, took a variety of candids and stills, some group and some individual photos. She also paid attention to my specific requests to include certain landmarks, poses, and props. We’ve done 3 shoots either Flytographer now, but this was our first time with the 90 minute shoot. I’m so happy we chose this package, especially with Natalia. I thought it would be too long, but it flew by and we’re so thrilled with the variety of pictures in our portfolio! Our whole family loves our pictures so much. Lastly, Natalia was always very responsive both via the Flytographer website and WhatsApp, taking the initiative to personally confirm our meeting details.
