I love Bel & Nev in Kensal Rise. It's a cute little mom-and-pop and not only are they incredibly friendly and lovely, they have the yummiest food. Their chili jam and homemade baked beans are delicious.

If you're a Royals buff, start the day with a packed picnic breakfast in Kensington Gardens followed by a self-guided tour of the palace. Afterwards, Santander bikes will get you through the gardens in a flash and is the nicest way to make the trek down the very long stretch of road that leads to Buckingham Palace. When the Palace is open, I personally think it's well worth the ticketed entry and tour of the state rooms.

Don't buy a travel card for the tube, just scan your debit card and pay for the routes you actually take.

Bring an umbrella! It rained a lot, but we were ok with it! Jackie offered a different location but when we said we had an umbrella she was so excited and incorporated it into our shoot! It’s our favorite photo! If there is time, take a trip to Windsor Castle, there’s an amazing pub right outside called the Horse and Groom, it was so cozy and the food was great!

Peyton's Travel Tips for London

What is your best overall travel tip for London?

London surprisingly is a mecca for outstanding food. We ate some of the best food we have ever eaten before. Dishoom, Sketch, Padella, and Bao were a couple of our favorites. The Borough Market is a must do for foodies. The sausage rolls and mulled wine were to die for! We have both traveled to London before and did all of the major sights. This trip we strayed away from the touristy areas and spent our days walking through the different boroughs. Kensington and Belgravia were our favorites. If you find yourself traveling to London around the Christmas holidays, you won’t be disappointed with the lights decorating every major street in the city. It was such a magical experience and we didn’t want our holiday to end.
