HongKong food with friends is always a great idea.
In addition to the must sees in Hong Kong and Kowloon, I definitely recommend visiting the south side of Hong Kong island and checking out Repulse Bay and Stanley. Repulse Bay is a beautiful public beach that has a number of good shops and restaurants; however, it is also the home of a colourful and beautiful open air Buddhist temple containing a Kwun Yam shrine and Tin Hau statue). Similarly, Stanley also has a beach with lots of restaurants along its waterfront. Stanley is also famous for its laid back Chinese market. It's more pleasurable to spend time in the stalls of this market than in the markets in central Hong Kong and Kowloon.
