Cloud Nine was a fun splurge across the street from Temple Bar after our photo shoot. I also really liked Insomnia coffee!

What are the best things to do in Dublin?

We loved everything with a live tour guide- the Jameson Distillery, Jeannie Johnson tall ship and the Jameson Distillery were our favorites! We enjoyed going to the cliffs in Howth vs Moher because of the distance. They were still very beautiful!

What is the best tip for travelling with kids to Dublin?

Temple Bar food was actually really good. Staunton on the Greens is a bit far from Temple Bar but was a really comfortable and cozy hotel to stay at.

Take the 700 air coach to and from the Dublin airport! You can book the tickets online!

We enjoyed the Harry Lemon Pub for its atmosphere - on this trip we enjoyed our first and last Dublin meals here. We also really enjoyed Jamie Oliver's Chequer Lane with delicious, local, seasonal fare.

Kennedy’s Pub across the street from Sweny’s Pharmacy is really cool. Oscar Wilde worked there as a teen.

Definitely visit Sweny’s Pharmacy. PJ is fascinating. We also went to the Family History room at the National Library and found out so much about our family histories!

We did the Guinness Connisour experience and it was very fun to see the storehouse, galaxy bar, and try different types of Guinness and learn the history behind the beers.

We enjoyed The Bank on College Green. It’s a beautiful restaurant set on an old bank with so much detail in the ceiling. Great atmosphere and the food was wonderful.

We loved walking along the cobblestone streets in temple bar district. at Stephens Green is also a pretty place to wander and definitely hit up Grafton street for shopping!

Temple Bar was the best pub overall. The Norseman and Merchant's Arch both had great entertainment and craic. The Brazen Head, Oliver St. John Gogarty and the Old Storehouse were our favorite authentic food in Dublin.

Guinness and Jameson tours were must dos. Trinity College was interesting to see. Just walking around the Temple Bar area.

We really enjoyed Gallaghers Boxty House in Temple Bar. My husband went there ten years ago and making reservations was one of the first things we did when we booked our trip to Ireland. The Gaelic Boxty was to die for!

One of our favorite things was the Walking Food Tours! Our guide Kevin knew all of the best places for street food in Dublin. We got to learn about the history of the city and enjoy some of the best foods. We also really enjoyed taking the train to Malahide Castle!

Spend a few days in Dublin! There is so much to see. We’re so glad we took time to see the city before going to the rest of the country.

Hands down, you have to try the chicken fillet roll (sold at convenience stores) across the city. It’s a staple for a reason.

Take a picnic lunch to enjoy in St. Stephen’s Green, admire the colorful Georgian doors in Merrion Square, grab a pint and enjoy live music.

Skip the tours and explore the city by foot! Dublin is small and pedestrian friendly. You never know what you will encounter.

Our favorite restaurant in Dublin was Boxty in Temple Bar. We loved going to The Brazen Head for live music!

We enjoyed walking around the city and sitting in St. Stevens Green! We really enjoyed going to the Guinness Storehouse and learning how to pour a Guinness pint properly!

Dublin has so many cool restaurants! We really liked Elephant & Castle for dinner and Grove Road Cafe had a wonderful breakfast.

In Dublin, we loved Trinity College especially Book of Kells. We also spent a lot of time walking around St Stephens Green & The Temple Bar area. If you make it outside of the city be sure to travel to Cliff's of Moher, Rock of Cashel & Blarney Castle.

The Dakota has excellent food; we went back numerous times Have ice cream at Murphy's (it's straight from Dingle) Our photographer, Aoife, suggested Grogan's Pub and we were not disappointed; the staff was very nice, and we felt like were in a true Dublin landmark

Take a tour of Merrion Square park; it's a very lovely park and there is so much history behind it I am a big fan of Irish literature, and the Irish Literature Museum [across fro St. Stephen's Green Park] was a real treat
