Travel Story
The girls and I were big fans of Vampires; The Originals and Vampire Diaries. We wanted to visit a place that had such great history, a culture completely different from what we are used to, and some mystery wrapped up in a little folk lore legend. So, we chose to take our vacation in New Orleans, LA; what had always been a bucket list item of mine to check off. We had a great time. Our favorite memories were visiting the Vampire Café and walking around the shops and seeing all of the art galleries' and how much talent there is in this city.
Travel Tips
We highly recommend Cafe Du Monde for coffee and Beignets, The Vampire Cafe for a drink from a blood bag (red wine) and the best Cajun Shrimp and Grits you ever tasted, Josephine Estelle for a Cajun inspired Italian kick, and Monty's on the Square for an amazing breakfast. If you need a little relaxation during your trip don't forget to stop at Spa Aria for an amazing massage, facial or nail services. They were great!
