We had been to Itay in the past and loved every moment of our time there, but hadn't had a chance to visit Florence and explore the beauty of the city and the Tuscan hillside. This time was very special because after having our little girl 2 years ago, my husband and I hadn't had much time away for just the two of us. What better place to rediscover our love for traveling and celebrate our 5 year wedding anniversary than Florence :) Our favorite memory is exploring the beautiful city of Florence- the relaxed culture, timeless history, delicious food, and most of all, the best company to go with!
Travel Tips
Although there is so much to see in and around Florence, leave yourself leisure time to walk the city and live like the Italians! It's easy to plan a jam -packed trip since there is so much to see, but so much of the enchantment of Italy is aimlessly wandering the cobblestone streets, enjoying croissants and coffee, and simply existing in this beautiful city.
