“ I booked Coo & Yurika for a surprise proposal shoot with my partner, on our 10th anniversary. It was framed as a 'holiday photoshoot' so my partner expected photos to be taken. Throughout the process Coo was extremely kind and helpful, picking out shot locations, keeping me updated on local weather reports, and providing example shots so I knew what to expect. The initial proposal and a few follow-up shots were taken at one part of the philosopher's path, a beautiful trail running either side of a gentle stream. We were lucky that the cherry blossoms were in a full and perfect bloom on the day! After the initial shots we walked a few hundred metres along the path to several more shot locations, including bridges and areas with plentiful cherry blossom trees. It rained very lightly towards the end of our shoot, but Coo came prepared with umbrellas which was a nice touch. I'd wholly recommend Coo for any photoshoot. As someone who has never had a professional shoot, let alone for such a big occasion, he made the whole process feel so calm and easy. ”

It was with great luck that Masa and Asami’s schedule worked out to include an available time because they were so good at communication and alleviating my concerns. I conversed with over a dozen photographers beforehand that did not feel like the right fit. My partner and I have different skin tones, and Masa knew exactly what to do for us. He was friendly, conversational, and gave great instructions for the photos. He familiarized himself with the area prior to the proposal, which made everything run smoothly.
